Plano Women's Healthcare has implemented a phone-based retrieval system for your Lab Results. When you have specimens collected in our office, our nursing staff will advise you when the results will be available. When they are received in our office, your doctor's nurse will record a message for you with the results and any recommended actions. At your convenience, call the number (972-985-7914), use the phone's keypad to enter your Social Security number (followed by the # key) and listen to this recorded message. The PhoneTree system prompts you at each step.

Your doctor is relying on you to call this number to receive these results. We believe this is a more efficient and secure method to reach you, directly, without phone tag or potentially missed messages.
